About the Author
Zilin: Writer, Illustrator, Healing Facilitator
Zilin is a student, illustrator, and emotional growth advocate whose creative practice lies at the intersection of narrative art, psychology, and identity exploration. Her work is rooted in personal experience—navigating the emotional terrain of leaving home, cultural dislocation, and the quiet process of healing. Trained in Psychological First Aid (PFA) and actively engaged in youth mental health projects such as peer support, Zilin believes in the power of small, consistent acts of self-connection.
Through gentle storytelling, visual symbolism, and embodied practices, she helps young people map their emotional lives and reconnect with fragmented parts of themselves. Her projects—Fragments & Forms, Realign, and Therapeutic Improv Theatre Lab—are invitations to slow down, reflect, and reimagine who we are becoming.
